Phase II:
Open summer of 2005 are eighteen new riverfront lots and 5 creek view lots with
prices from the mid $30,000 to the low $70,000 range. Four riverfront lots
have sold as of January 2006 and the plans for two homes are underway.
Phase II lots fall under the same covenants and guidelines as Phase I with the
same Homeowners Association fees which covers all mowing and maintenance.
Included are 50+ acres of common land which can be used for recreational
purposes (4-wheeling, horseback riding, etc.) as designated in the MLR
Covenants. Nowhere else along the Tennessee River will you find such a
wonderful and unique place as Martins Landing!
