Welcome to Martins Landing Resort

Martins Landing is a planned waterfront community located on the western shore of the Tennessee River in Decatur County Tennessee.  Our home sites, open space and amenities are supported and maintained by the Martins Landing Property Owners Association, a non-profit corporation consisting of all Martin's Landing property owners.  As a Planned Development, Martins Landing exercises control over all site and building development and maintenance for the purpose of Architectural Control.

The Tennessee River's recreational uses along with its natural beauty include boating, rafting, camping, picnicking, and exceptional fishing.
